Deborah Stout began this venture when she flipped a property that refused to sell. After she decided to invest in staging the home, it went under contract for $5,000 more than asking price 10 days after it was staged. She was hooked, & Stage to Sell was born! A couple of years later, Deborah asked her little brother, Alan Fletcher, to join her on the adventure & the two have been unstoppable ever since.
While retirement is fun, Alan & Deborah couldn't seem to sit around & do nothing all day. With Deborah's background as a licensed realtor, broker, property manager, relocation specialist, & home renovator & Alan's background as an award winning oil & gas industry sales manager, entrepreneur, & innovator - the two became a perfect pair to enter the real estate market as staging specialists. Once Alan & his wife, Parla, made the move back to Texas, the three of them have been staging homes all over the North Texas area.
Since the beginning of 2025, Deborah retired for good! Alan & Parla are now the lone rangers in the Stage to Sell venture. Parla is excited to work on networking & modernizing the business, & Alan is ready to grow the business to the next biggest staging company in the state of Texas!
