We are looking for houses that need remodeling before they go on the market for sale or after a period of time without any acceptable offers. This is what we call an unsellable house. 

What is an unsellable house? It's any house that's not selling at its top potential value! More often than not, it means a house that hasn't been given the time and attention needed to really max out its sale value.

That's a problem and we have a plan to fix it!

We are so confident that we can sell these homes, we invest our own money in the renovations. That means addressing kitchens, bathrooms, color choices, home décor, and more. When we complete the renovations, we stage the house, have an open house and turn it back over to your Realtor. It's everything you want to see in a home makeover.

How does this work?

1. We work with your Realtor to establish an “as is” price.
2. We establish a working budget and timeline. Most projects are completed in 6 weeks or less. We will invest our own money for the renovation project. 
3. Finish renovations and stage the house. 
4. When the house is sold, we are reimbursed our renovation investment, the seller gets the “as is” amount and then we split anything over that 50-50. 
5. This program is ideal for investors with rental properties they are wanting to sell, inherited properties or for owners who have to leave before they can sell.
